Stupid ass Mercedes drivers, think you’re so fancy you don’t have to obey the laws. Hope they sue you for your car 🙂

Did the driver ever stop or is this just the old Humboldt hit-and-run, hide the Mercedes?

How does having your kid in the car make a blind spot in the windshield

Maybe the kid was on her lap as she drove, just like Britney Spears did years ago before the police informed her of the law. Said that her daddy drove the kids around like that all the time. A sort of “country” air bag, I presume. Yuh, uh huh. You betcha.

Maybe the kid was sitting on the dashboard. Certainly sounds like she was grabbing for an excuse to me.

My back seats are full in my car, three kids. My daughter’s booster seat acts as a small blind spot, so I am very careful making right turns.

I am trying to imagine how a child would make a blind spot in this situation and cannot figure it out.

The blind spot was created when the phone was elevated in front of the drivers face! Idk if this is fact, but sounds a heck of a lot more plausible than a kid causing a blind spot in the windshield….

Its a convenient excuse when you’re clearly the one in the wrong. It makes herself sound a little better than telling the cops she blew through the sign.

Sad but in my experience mercedes and especially bmw drivers think theyre above the law. I had to kick a ladys mercedes the other day to get her attention as she was about to run myself and a few other folks over. Thats how close it was. Too busy on her phone to hear us yell i guess.
Shes lucky i stopped the person about to punch her window and wring her neck, tho i did almost just walk away.
Just because youre rich and think youre above the law cuz you can pay off whomever you need to doesnt mean us common folk cant getcha!!! I honestly hate bmw drivers, everywhere ive been in CA theyre jackasses. I bet if this ladys kid flew thru the window she’d think differently about it.

How did a blind spot prevent her from stopping at the stop sign in the first place?

Poor kid! I hope his leg is ok? I ride too, please look out for us! I yell at people on their phones when I’m on my bike.

Come to a complete stop people. Doesn’t matter if it takes a few more seconds. I see folks blowing through stop signs extremely often.

This driver was on her phone there is no way that her kid made a blind spot if she was looking up and driving like a normal human being she would have clearly seen him she needs to be sued I bet her sugar daddy payed for that car she can’t admit she fu*ked up what a loser she can’t admit she messed up because she knows she wasn’t doing the wrong she’s obviously a spoiled rotten golden spooned baby

The Mercedes driver didn’t come to a complete stop, according to witness(es). That is the cause of this crash. Had she stopped and taken a second (or 2) to look left, right, left, we wouldn’t be having this discussion.
