When is the closure at Huckleberry Hill scheduled? I’m out on Wilder Ridge & that’s my only way to town to get the supplies I need.

What was going on last night on Fernbridge around 10 p.m.?
A tree fell on the approach to the bridge and the Eel was at flooding.
All those trees will fall and eventually washout the approach of the bridge. I guess nobody at Cal Trans can see that far, they seem to keep ignoring the fact that the river HAS / IS eating away at the Ferndale end , I have sent emails which have been “Ignored. ” I guess it has to be an emergency, E.G.- approach completley washed out, before they do anything
Here’s a site with phone numbers and addresses that you might try. http://www.dot.ca.gov/d1/contactus.html
Where is the picture at the bottom of the Van Dozen at? Anyone know?
Not positive, but I think it must be about 4 miles from Hwy 36 out toward Zenia from Dinsmore. Sort of a guess.
Thanks. That would fit. It’s been several years since I’ve been out that way.
Real cute , a gov page with numbers,.. Better to spit or pee into the wind for fast results
Ah…I see you are of the let’s-whine-about-it-because-that-helps-a-whole-lot-more-than-actually-trying-to-talk-to-someone school of thought. My apologies. Next time I won’t offer to help.
Seriously??
and clearlake is at flood stage and wont go back down for a week or so
Kym your so nice and seem to have a big heart, It sucks to see you have to put up with so much douchery.
I remember the first negative comment I had. I literally cried off and on for weeks. Most of the time now, I don’t even think about it. Last night I was a little tired and got cranky back. Probably the person who commented had a bad day, too. We’ll both get over it.
