01/03/2017 10:00 Snowing in Hoopa. Berry pass was snotty this morning at 06:00. Be careful out there!
Wow Kym, between this and the school info you are really helping people , good job and thanks for it!
Since my first (and only) language is “snarky” it’s hard to say this, thanks, Kym, you perform a valuable service.
Aw, I speak snarky haltingly but it’s not my natural language. But my limited understanding (and years of living with snarky family members) helps me appreciate how difficult this must be.
Can anyone provide an update on AP Road conditions? Need to get over the hill from Gville to AP this afternoon (Tues) if possible. Thanks in advance.
The most recent information I have is that chains are needed.
Any information on hwy 199 today. Medical emergency family member heading to Medford Oregon early morning.
I just made it over around 11:30. It was tricky, but passable. Just go extremely slow, especially on the downhill side.
Re Alderpoint: 34 degrees and raining right now. It is probably below freezing by 1 mile up the hill towards Garberville, and probably snowing, at least lightly, up top. I’d be careful trying to make that trip, and wouldn’t do it unless absolutely necessary (or you enjoy putting on chains in the snow).
