That’s HOT
The RV was parked at the bottom of the hill at 4AM this morning, partially blocking the road.Glad it is gone, I was tired of it being parked along the road for so long.
I have one just like that for sale, minus the burnt spots and smoke damage
Wow, I thought my car overheated and smoked a lot.
I thought I smoked a lot.
It’ll buff out
This is how folks up Thomas road dispose of their unwanted junk motor homes folks, towing it all the way to Fortuna where they would recycle it for free at the dump would be too costly,..
But hey I don’t want to make your idiot neighbors look bad kym, so its fine with me, burn it all, stuff it with trash next time as well,..
A neighbor told me she saw broke down on a steep corner with jump cables coming from it and smoke rising from the hood. The next caller described the motorhome as being on fire. That sounds like an accidental issue to me but the investigators will probably have an answer and I’ll wait for that.
Possibly someone hooked up the jumper cables in reverse and the battery ignited or blew up. It would need a jump if it sat there for a long time as hooktender said. Just a guess. Positive to positive, negative to negative. Careful of your face.
RVs are not free to dump. They can recylce parts of them, but so much is garbage. The cost to take it to ERD is prohibative, thats why so many are abandoned on the sides of the road.
That’s for sure. You know if you got a big pile of garbage, & you light it on fire then you don’t have garbage anymore.
Glad no one was hurt. Thanks to all firefighters. I think we used to own that Bounder years ago. How sad.
Seems to be a motor home fire around here once a month or so….
