Stroke Caused Traffic Collision; One Lane of 101 Closed
A driver “had a stroke just prior to the traffic collision” which occurred just north of Crannel about 8:44 this morning, according to scanner traffic. The southbound lane of Hwy 101 is closed as of 9:17 a.m. The driver was not injured by the accident but is being stabilized because of the medical emergency.
