Burning down Dogpatch is a good start.

(Hwy 3600? I don’t know that road,)

But I know where Dogpatch is. I always thought it was a cruel joke about a place that looks like it came out of a Snuffy Smith Comic. I never knew that there might be a an actual dirt track called Dogpatch Lane,

Dogpatch is a famous turn on 36 @ mile mark 40600. You could listen to the logging trucks telling each other where they were on the mountain road so they could control when they met on the road. Big Chas and his family used to own it. Hope he is ok!

Those are great people out there. Anyone that says differently are obviously listening to camp fire stories to much. Dogpatch, the Glass clan, are good folks. A few broken branches on the family tree but the boys that stuck it out and are still around are some of the finest people around.

I knew one of the younger kids years ago when I was volunteering at Bridgeville School Tim was a good kid considering they were barely getting by at that time!!! Last I heard from him was when he was high school age he was supposedly going to be working at installing car stereos!!!
