Traffic Accident on 299

According to the scanner, at approximately 8:36 p.m. a solo vehicle spun out on Hwy 299 and struck a tree at approximately mile marker 3 near Blue Lake. The driver of the 2003 Toyota pickup is refusing medical treatment.

I drove by this scene and it looked pretty bad. It looked more like a car then a Toyota pickup.
