[UPDATE 9:27 p.m.] Here’s Why Power Is Out to Over 150 Customers in Whitethorn Area

A tree fell into the powerlines past the Ettersburg Junction towards Whitethorn about 2:41 p.m. Over 150 people are without power including Whitethorn Construction. PG&E is at the scene working on the situation.

 UPDATE 9:27 p.m.: Power has been restored to over half those originally affected. And, PG&E  estimates the rest will have their power back on by 11 p.m.

PG&E restored power last night. I contacted Frontier, and they are aware of widespread phone service outage. Techs are working on restoring phones.
