Don’t Worry, the Helicopter Was From PG&E

PG&E was in SoHum today. A spokesperson tells us,

Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) did fly a helicopter in Garberville today in order to improve electric reliability.  The use of a Bell 214 helicopter was needed to maintain electric distribution lines in order to provide safe and reliable service to our customers in Garberville.

The flights, which ended today,  aided in setting a new 60-foot pole on Stanley Street Road.  The helicopter carried people, materials, and the pole at a low altitude- about 500 feet.  No other flights for this type of work are scheduled in the Garberville area this week.

I think the sheriffs have probably used up all their helicopter money this year . They flew everywhere last month , probably nothing new to see .

I hope they’re done. My tomato plants are shaking, but it could be from the cool weather.
