The films are adventure films about people who have elected to follow their passions. With stories such as a young man leaving the confines of a traditional job and bicycling from Oregon to the tip of Patagonia. A story of a father who won National Geographic’s Adventurer of the year, who takes his 11 year old daughter for her fist skiing expedition to the Antarctica. The stories may inspire people to get out and enjoy the wild lands that are left in the world. Perhaps they may inspire them to try something different, or make a change in your life for the better, or the betterment of mankind. Who knows, but what have you got to loose? It is a great way to support a worthy organization.

I am not sure where to post this .. So here it is. Has anyone seen the varied thrushes that come through in the fall and the spring Over the past couple years . They are Robin sized birds with black and orange markings on the males, the females are much paler. Anyone out there seen them ? I have not been seeing them and I’ve always seen large flocks over the years?
