[UPDATE 11:25 p.m.] Structure Fire in Hoopa
A structure is fully engulfed on Moon Lane in Hoopa as of 11 p.m., according to traffic on the scanner.
Power lines are down at the intersection of Moon and Shoemaker. The scanner traffic is rough but it sounds as if the fire is spreading to the wildland.
UPDATE 11:25 p.m.: The threat to the wildland has been “mitigated,” according to the Incident Commander on the scanner, but the house is destroyed with only one interior wall still standing.
