Shane William Casey mugshotOn Monday, 07/11/2016, at about 1:15 p.m., Eureka Police Department officers were dispatched to an in-progress vehicle burglary at 7th/J Streets, Eureka. The burglary was witnessed by the manager of a nearby business who saw the thief, later identified a Shane William Casey (age 39 of Eureka), forcing entry into a locked sport utility vehicle.
