Felon Arrested With Drugs, Stolen Property, Explosive Device, etc.
On 07-09-2016 at approximately 1740 hours, officers with the Rio Dell Police Department executed a probation search in the 200 block of 2nd Avenue in Rio Dell. During the search officer’s located evidence of drug sales, stolen property, ammunition, a homemade explosive device along with other materials believed to be used to manufacture homemade explosive devices. Resident David Craig Bourland (age 34) was arrest for Possession of an explosive device, possession of bomb making materials, possession of heroin for sales, possession of methamphetamine for sales, felon in possession of ammunition, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of felony probation. The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office EOD (Explosive Ordinance Disposal) team assisted with disposal of the explosive device without incident or injury. Meth heroin .why did reo hell cops didn’t profile this guy’s ? He’s probably been a menice to society for awhile .all of my beloved humboldt has been turned into scumboldt .with all this cop killing ,and cops killing blk folk .It’s just crazy out .there

Neighbor of mine was busted for pot, and the “pile it on” charges included “explosives” because he reloaded his ammunition… and was in possession of fire-crackers. Just saying. af
Yeah, but he had “possession of heroin for sales, possession of methamphetamine for sales” And “stolen property”. So, who cares what they piled on.
