Snow in the Mountains? Showers and Possible Thunderstorms Predicted for the Next Few Days
predicting possible snow in the interior mountains. “An unseasonably cold system will bring below normal temperatures and a dusting of snow as low as 5000 feet,” they said in a Hazardous Weather statement today. “Up to an inch is possible over 6000 feet tonight through Friday.”
It’s hard to believe but, the National Weather Service is Yikes!
Snow has already fallen on Truckee, near the California Nevada border so be prepared if you live in the high mountain areas.
There’s a chance of rain showers tonight and tomorrow across the region (60% in Southern Humboldt.)
Starting tomorrow afternoon, there’s a slight chance of thunderstorms across Trinity as well as the “interior portions of Humboldt and Del Norte Counties,” the weather service warns.
Better put off plans for that swim party…

“Global Warming.” Drink the Kool-Aid. Coldest right now in Antarctica in decades.
Or believe your corporate masters and jackboot march to the rhythm of their lies. Unreal how easily some people are misled by a good marketing program by the high profit energy industry.
The news says that most of the lower 48 state will be facing record temperatures this coming weekend.
India has had severe high temperatures for more than two months now.

It was like summer in reno for months this winter. Then it dumped more snow over a single weekend in spring than anywhere in nevada all winter, then went right back to 80 degree summer days literally that same week. The news just said “well that was weird!”. These are the exact kinds of extreme weather events predicted in the 90’s to do with global warming. Been like summer here on the coast since february.
