[UPDATE: Car Found!] Grandson’s Easter Stolen Along with Subaru Outback

kens-car-photoSaturday afternoon, at about 5 o’clock, said Marilyn Lang, “my husband’s car, filled with our Easter meal shopping, grandson’s Easter basket supplies and more, was stolen from Trinity Street at H St. in Eureka.”

The vehicle taken is  a 2002 Subaru Outback. It is grey-green with bronze trim. Its license number is 4WKY466, The license plate frame is from Sweetheart Motors. There is a dent in left back door.

UPDATE 3/29: According to Brittany Powell of the Eureka Police Department, “EPD just located the Subaru Outback that was stolen on Easter.” Yay!

More rampent thievery .sucks taking the easter goodie what scum .hope they are caught and the car returned I hate thieves.

Seems like it would be hard to steal that new of a car. Im guessing the keys were in it, maybe it was even running.

jiggler/tryout keys available for sale on the internet are modus operandi for a lot of these older car thefts(no alarm systems no transponder etc)
