Was a ghost driving?
Naw… DUI. Scatter before the cops come….. Happens far too often in the triangles hills. They should check the hospital for the registered owner, given this isn’t one of those, put it in someone else’s name deals.
Alrighty then…
Wow. When I heard it on the scanner it said an extraction was needed. Guess it was a runner. Kinda early to be drinking, eh?
Or simply up all night!
what kind of vehicle ? ? ?
Hopefully they did a through search of the area.
Great job taking the pic while driving thru the accident scene!!
Word. They wanted to be on the scanner also, however this would have been Driving While Idiotic!
The driver had extricated himself from the vehicle and was uninjured. The truck was on it’s side up against A pair of fir trees that stopped it from rolling down the slope.
When I drove by there was a guy and a girl in their twenties standing near. The guy looked pretty upset and the girl was trying to comfort him it seemed. DUI isn’t always the reason…accident do happen.
There’s no shoulder on the road there and a steep dropoff. Hook a wheel over the edge of the pavement and you’re going off the embankment. There are a number of spots on Briceland road like this that are not forgiving of mistakes.
What kind of vehicle was it?
