Armed Robbery in Arcata by Two Wearing Masks
This is a press release from the Arcata Police Department:
On Friday March 18, 2016 at 5:45 am, the Arcata Police Department responded to an armed robbery that had just occurred at the Alliance 76 gas station located at 2205 Alliance Road. Two suspects entered the store and one of them brandished a handgun at the clerk, demanding money. Cigarettes and an undisclosed amount of cash were taken. The suspects were last seen fleeing on foot southbound on Alliance Rd.
The suspects were further described as white males in their twenties, one wearing a multi-colored bandana over his face and the other a black mask.

Ok, that’s three robberies by two males with one gun between 5 and 7 am this week. Am I the only one seeing a pattern?
Isnt that also the shift change hours for law enforcement hours?
That’s an interesting thing. They need to keep, I would say gun but they probably wouldn’t allow it. Seen the video for the robbery in mckinleyville at liquor store that guy that got robbed was lucky that robbers gun wouldn’t work. Had a liquor store once and kept a gun under counter incase I needed to shoot through the counter. Now with this new panhandling ordinance going into effect could get worse.
