One-Way Controlled Traffic on Hwy 101, Hwy 1 Closed
Due to a rock slide about 2.7 miles north of Leggett, Hwy 101 has one-way controlled traffic. Expect delays.
A mudslide has closed Hwy 1 five miles north of Westport. There is no estimated time of reopening. Caltrans is advising motorists to use an alternate route.The above information came from Caltrans’ Facebook page and was posted about 7 a.m.

There is one south of Westport now mile marker 78.

does anyone know if hwy1 is still closed between Leggett and Fort Bragg
According to Caltrans, “1-WAY CONTROLLED TRAFFIC 5 MI NORTH OF WESTPORT (MENDOCINO CO) – DUE TO A ROCK SLIDE” is the only problem.
Is open
