I know james .He is a very nice person, always happy,so sad to see this and his relationship go sour. I am sure both he and the mother love the child very much ,and that the heat of the moment lead to a hasty bad choice of how to deal with the situation.

Agreed!! Same with us, we know both and we’re commenting today how sometimes, though a great outlet for local happenings, and kym you do do a great unbiased job, can almost put someone in a bad light because of the mugshots… I mean, that may not always be nessesary. Maybe crime is what people wanna knkw about, but this is almost posting someones private life up in a public forum. Not cool. and folks can be judgmental and mean about something they know nothing about. Hoping the best for all involved and that people that don’t know them will keep their mouths shut in the comment section.

From What I know, he had a previous relationship that went sour because of his anger issues, so it’s not like it was a heat of the moment thing, more like a pattern of abusive behavior. Also it’s no longer a private matter when PUBLIC servants are called in to save a child from a dangerous situation.

Birds of a feather flock together. I met him last week and he blatantly lied about his identity. Funny how the news will show a persons true info. It was nice to meet you “Noah”. Ha

This should not be private. Abusers get away with to much in these woods.

And since every news source gets its news from kym (kudos to you) not every site has as many good hearted followers I don’t think, and the other news outlets blast the crime stories and senstionalize them and syndicate private affairs. Like, how does this benefit anyone to know this?

Short fuses like that guy should be shunned from any neighborhood. It’s great reporting because I would like to know if there was a violent man who abuses women and endangers chiding living in my neigborhood

You can read another police report: http://apps2.whatcomcounty.us/sheriff/jail/booking.jsp?date=8/1/2003;jsessionid=A7838825F81FC7AB31C8F4F9961BFA2F To see that he is now a repeat offender when it comes to domestic violence.

That is a booking report. Do you understand that he may have never been convicted or anything.. Plus, 13 years ago. How would you like for kym Kemp commented to go digging thru your past and posting it. Unless your perfect. Pretty damn low of you, bill

I’m just saying police report that says “physical altercation, phone forcibly took” doesn’t really sound like he was beating her. I doubt he hit her. It was a big blowout fight in public.. Hopefully his “anger issues” will be remedied, but if a man among you has no sin upon his hand, let him cast a stone when they don’t really know why happens

Yeah grabbing a phone isn’t abuse but definitely not something to be dismissed my ex and I argue we are going thru a divorce so I try to set my visits up so that I don’t see her it’s a lot nicer just seeing my daughter. I get her to go along with it by leaving money or bringing groceries too bad he didn’t try to find that middle ground.

You sound like an awesome dad. Im glad to hear a parent put their child’s happiness & well being, before the personal drama that comes from a relationship gone sour. Keep up the great job your doing daddio!
