This guy could be the poster boy for our national mental health safety net.

He’s obviously got a screw or two loose and was still allowed to terrorize the community until a strong criminal case could be made. And it didn’t take a crystal ball to see the end result.

Meanwhile, the number of victims requiring counseling grows and the suspect will be freed to grope and fondle his way on down the line.

Mental Health assessment’s should start at an early age and various signs are available if people learn them to watch out to protect others in the future. What is disturbing to me is the close minded people who ignore children and how they interact with each other. Please be aware that raising a child to adulthood and you must be responsible and give “tough love” when they fail you. Turn them in if you have too, you should not be their lifeline later in life for their adult mistakes. This young man is a perfect example. I am only guessing and we will see how this case comes to pass. There is no excuse for this behavior, he has gone too far.
