Crescent City Maintenance stump removal

Our Crescent City Maintenance crew sent in this video of stump removal operations that took place on U.S. Highway 101 just north of Hamilton Road near Crescent City in Del Norte County yesterday. The stump was left over after Maintenance removed a tree from the roadway after a winter storm a few weeks ago.

Caltrans District 1 just posted this video of a tree stump being removed from Highway 101. They wrote this on their Facebook page:

sure wish i had digital camera when i worked for phone company . heavy machinery operators do have fun and lots of it makes bosses turn and run
