Polaris Stolen From Behind Locked Gate; $5000 Reward

IMG_0005This Polaris was taken last week from behind a locked gate on Friday Ridge Road near Willow Creek. The owner wrote,

On Thursday, Jan 21st about 3:30 pm at least two people broke into my property and stole a 2015 Polaris Ranger 900 xp eps hunter edition. They lifted a locked gate with no trespassing sign and defeated the chain and lock. Drove down a private road half a mile or so where the vehicle was parked (yes with key in it). They then sped off

The witness saw a smaller truck, possibly Tacoma or Ranger silver or white with no campers shell or lumber rack. Slightly newer model possibly an exhaust system

Willing to pay a 5000 reward for the return or info leading to the arrest of burglary suspects

Is it $500 or $5000 reward? Hope someone comes forward. Feel bad for the victim. I despise thieves.

Cliff Marshall had his Toyota Tacoma stolen in hoopa. He just got it back from Kevin Melon. The truck was spray painted silver and Kevin melon fled in a side by side to Orleans. I think its a strong possibility that it was your Polaris

Did you have tools stolen? Cliff’s pickup that was stolen has tools all over his bed that are not his. I spoke with his girlfriend today.

Pretty sure I saw this on the back of a white truck traveling north on Wildwood Ave. in Rio Dell this morning before noon.

This time last year same thing happened to me. Sounds like the same people. I live in miranda. They stole a 2015 yamaha Viking camouflage with a lift rims and tires and custom eguast. Still offering a reward of 3000$.

The only way to truly deal with punks like these is to put them down like an animal. One one them tried breaking into my home once. The cops shot him dead (the punk shot at the cops first), so he won’t be doing this crap to me, you or anyone else ever again. Sounds harsh but that is the truth of dealing with evil people. I feel bad for the guy who got ripped off. Next time don’t leave the keys in it. Get a shotgun, a box of buckshot and don’t be afraid to use it for what it is made to do.

Nothing is safe anymore. Lock your vehicles, don’t leave keys in anything. This county has gone to hell and theives are everywhere just looking to steal something from you.

Worth 100 dollars for a hidden game camera around such valuables.

If you live within 50 miles of Hoopa, the only way to avoid having your valuables stolen is to never leave your place unattended. These junkie thieves are all cowards. Not saying everyone from Hoopa is a thief, but there’s no doubt that there are a lot of thieves there. I’m sure you good citizens of Hoopa know this all to well. The only way to protect your property from thieves is to not leave anything unattended.

This is a direct result of prop 47 and AB109. Thieves know that if they get caught they will be let out of jail on OR. Things are going to get worse before they get better. Next time a proposition comes up, Please, READ it first. then vote how you feel. I for one hope that prop 47 gets repealed and if a punk steals more than 500 dollars they are hit with a felony

Proposition 47 needs to go there is too much stealing going on now because nobody gets in trouble for it
