[UPDATE: Open] Avenue of the Giants Blocked by Tree
The Avenue of the Giants is blocked just south of Redcrest due to a fallen tree. According to the California Highway Patrol Incident page at approximately 8:15 a.m. Saturday, an oak tree has fallen on a blind corner and the road is blocked in both directions.
UPDATE 10:07 a.m.: The Avenue is now open in both directions.
