Roads across northwestern California are still showing the effects of Sunday’s storm and this morning’s rain. Here’s what we know about state and county roads in one place so you can travel safely. (Check the Caltrans Quick Map for recent changes but we’ll try to keep this list current as much as possible. This information was updated at 4 p.m.)
