[Found!] Dodge Ram Stolen in Shelter Cove

JOSH TRUCKA Shelter Cove resident tells us,

Somebody stole our Silver 2005 Dodge Ram Pickup truck license plate 29794W1 from right in front of our house on Seafoam Road in Shelter Cove this morning. Cops said they are in a state of near emergency due to the weather. It will be hours until they can check it out. Police said that another car in the Cove was stolen as well…

We’re trying to get a photo now.

Meanwhile, if you see the vehicle, please call 911.

UPDATE 1:10 p.m.: The vehicle has been located and is in the owner’s possession.

About 6:50 this morning. Kym was on it within ten minutes. THANK YOU!

Also we’ve heard that a grey Honda Accord was stolen from the Cove this morning as well, around the same time.

I’m always curious how they steal these vehicles. Are they being hot wired? Are the keys left in them?

Every car has some dumb way to steal it. From swapping out the ECU from a junk yard to inserting the hazard switch upside down. Any flaw that can be found will be. The Tesla Model S is the only car in the mainstream car world that has yet to be stolen without the key.

Shelter Cove residents should invest in Chinese police geese they are apparently very affective more than dogs because a dog can be poisend very easily but a flock of geese will attack in numbers if someone trys to enter your home or in this case your vehicle. Perhaps Chinese gangster geese in the mist. China to deploy elite gaggle of police geese check it out on YouTube.

They may have GPS on your truck to locate it for future errand running and what not.
You should check your truck close, as these have very long battery life and can be pinged and located with a smart phone.
If you use your truck for crimes and are under investigation, many times cops will steal and GPS the suspect’s vehicle without a warrant.

Only you know the truth. Good luck.

Well this is in Dallas Texas. Again? Hate to say it, but Barry may be a lil correct about gps devices.
