Vehicle Rollover on Highway 101 Near Westhaven
Emergency personnel have just arrived at the scene of a vehicle rollover in the Westhaven area. The accident happened on Highway 101 near Sixth Avenue before 12:30 p.m. today.
According to the California Highway Patrol incident page, the vehicle involved is a Hyundai Elantra, which is on its roof. One lane of the highway is blocked for emergency crews to work in the area.
At this point, a “patient” is out of the vehicle, but it’s unclear if the person needs medical attention. We’ll provide updates as we get more information.

“At this point, a patient is out of the vehicle, but it’s unclear if the person needs medical attention.” How can the person be a “patient” if it’s unclear whether they need medical attention?
They called the person a patient over the scanner. I’ll put quotation marks around it.
good point!
