Structure Fire in Scotia, Possible Arson

Emergency crews were called to a structure fire near the 800 block of Williams Street in Scotia at approximately 10:50 p.m. Scanner traffic indicated that the fire was on the porch of a structure.

By 11 p.m., the fire was out but the incident commander requested the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office personnel come to the scene because it was a possible arson.
