Church Parish House Burglarized in Scotia, Computer and Coins Taken
“[The] Deputy indicated that this is becoming a common occurrence in Scotia,” wrote Tim Marks. He was referring to a break in that had occurred this week at the St. Patrick Catholic Parish house. Since nobody currently lives at the parish house, no one is sure when the burglary occurred. However, it was discovered yesterday.
Taken was a Dell Computer with an ACER monitor, model-G206HL and what Marks described as “loose coin collected in our mission jar.”
Marks asked that the community be on the “lookout for loose coin or rolled coin as all the rolling material was also taken.”

I will never go back to Eureka…This used to be the best place in the world to live. What do you think happened??? This is my thoughts on a review I read in LOCO about visiting Humboldt County
Unbelievable… there are thousands of other places to go for… why the church?!
