Furthermore, the officers determined Woods was under the influence of a controlled substance.

His uniform gave him away, needs better camo. Those hats combined with a 707 sticker on the back glass draw attention.
Doesn’t say a Toyota truck was driven, I’d wager there was.
I thought bayonets were illegal in CA?
That doesn’t seem logical. How could a bayonet be singled out over a dagger or sword? He wasnt wearing it or concealing it.
They’re made to create wounds that can’t heal. Believe it was part of Geneva convention? The design in the picture has four sides. At some point in history it was banned from warfare and the modern two sides bayonet came to be.
Don’t think too hard, nothing illegal about a mosin nagant!
Dirka dirka
Where does it say anything about being charged for possession of a bayonet people ? How do you people get sh&@ twisted around so easily ?
More like why wasn’t he…?
Because it’s not common knowledge. Which is why people discuss such topics.
I’m curious, too. Our vets up here have them, brought them home from whatever war they served in. But their’s are broader than what’s pictured. af
That looks like a triangle bayonet, which is outlawed by the Geneva Convention after W.W. One, It leaves a wound that is very hard to close, so greater chance of death. Go figure
I thought that was the case.
Thanks for clarifying.

“During the traffic investigation, officers could smell an odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle”
Ahem… It appears they could not.
The one discrepancy l see is the smell of weed being a probable cause for a search.. Yet none mentioned in any charge ..then the alleged ‘acted under the influence’ follows.!?! But.. Bottom line is.. Now he got tested and, if positive, shouldn’t been in possession of a firearm ! Nobody to blame but himself for giving them plenty off options to find him guilty of something !
No dui h e was under the influence when he got pulled over another case of the cops charge you what ever they want too or not too
he should be charged with under the influence
and wearing a stupid shirt.
