This is a press release from the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office. The information has not been proven in a court of law and any individuals described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty:

Sheriff Mike Downey has announced that wanted persons in the Southern Humboldt area might find themselves on the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office, “Southern Humboldt’s Most Wanted Poster.”
If you know the whereabouts of any person on the wanted poster, or have any information regarding criminal activity, please contact the Sheriff’s Office at 707-445-7251. You can also report your information anonymously to the Sheriff’s Office Garberville Station at 707-923-2761.

When you call the sub station in Garberville be prepared for their normal answer that there is “no deputy available” so don’t hold your breath for one to respond.

You can actually be on a most wanted list for a PRCS warrant?

That seems pretty harsh. I mean, they weren’t deemed dangerous to begin with or they wouldn’t have gotten the PRCS release. Isn’t it bad enough they have to dread a traffic stop for the rest of time?
