Davidsen Sentenced to Four Days in Jail for Battery and Possession of Weapon

Press release from the District Attorney’s Office:

District AttorneyOn October 6, 2015, the jury found 43-year-old Amber Rachelle Davidsen guilty of illegal possession of a weapon, and battery – both misdemeanors. The defendant was found not guilty of misdemeanor assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury.
The case arose from an incident in King Salmon on February 22, 2015 when, during an argument, the defendant hit her neighbor in the head with an expandable baton and then pepper sprayed her. The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call for service and arrested the defendant after investigating the incident.
The case was prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Whitney Barnes, with assistance from District Attorney Investigator John Burke. Judge John Feeney presided over the three-and-a-half-day trial. The defendant was sentenced to four days in jail, three years of probation, and ordered to stay 100 yards away from the victim in the case.

What a fucking joke our legal system is, I once spent three days in jail and was charged with felony cruelty to a animal for accidentally running over a dog in p-ville. Of course all charges were dropped once the judge found out that there were four dogs running loose owned by the same tweeker and it had been an on going problem, one of the dogs had even bitten a kid. But that didn’t stop the dip shit sherrif from taking me into custity and throwing me in the humbold Hilton for the weekend. But apparently assaulting some one with an illegal weapon isn’t as big of a deal.

PC means animals hold a higher standard of rights.
Sorry you stopped, did the right thing, and paid for it in time and money.
Be thankful it wasn’t a “wolf” from some eco warrior moon landing.

I wonder if that could be considered an word: Tramsvestite- (noun) someone who derives pleasure from dressing as a human, but is void of a conscience.
