When the Sergeant detained Anderson he located property on Anderson’s person that had recently been stolen from the Bigfoot Supply in Willow Creek during a burglary. The value of the stolen items that Anderson possessed was approximately $1,650 dollars. Anderson was placed under arrest for possession of stolen property. When Anderson was arrested a small amount of heroin was located on his person. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash from inside of the office. The Sheriff’s Deputy dusted the office area for any possible latent fingerprints associated with the suspect. Several latent fingerprints were located for a possible suspect. Those latent fingerprints lifted were compared to Nicholas Anderson’s known fingerprints and they were positivity identified as Anderson’s fingerprints.

The Sheriff’s Office has issued a Be on the Lookout (BOL) to other local Law Enforcement agencies to arrest Anderson for the burglary of the COHO Cottages in Willow Creek. What happens to these little idiots when they’re caught and don’t make bail? Are they given methadone, made more addicted, to keep them from getting sick? Wouldn’t it be nicer, and cheaper, to just keep them and step them down off the heroin until they can withdraw safely and then make them work off restitution to the people they harmed trying to feed their habits?

I mean, no, if they’re older and repeat offenders, but this kid just seems to be melting down… could be that helping him kick and giving him room and board while he works off his debt would be the thing that saves him… turns him into someone we’re all glad to have around in the future….
