I know that this person is innocent until proven guilty, so I harbor him no ill will. But there is soooo much more to this story than is being told. Inquiring mind want to know. Why was he allowed to (allegedly) continue to be at large when he had battered and then threatened someone with a gun? Justice delayed is justice denied.

It is by mere good fortune that he didn’t escalate this battery. Why, why, why, if he is dangerous enough to warrant $100,000 bail wasn’t he put away sooner? It is lucky that he didn’t kill someone, or, someone would have to kill him in self defense.

It’s no wonder Humboldt county has such a high murder rate, no one stops them.

I agree, if it were me or any other person we would have been locked up on the spot. To not arrest one og there own is just wrong. What kind of service to the public are we sending.

One must assume that the domestic violence happened last year and the brandishing charge this year , but honestly it would have to be some kind of concrete evidence against him because he is a cop and it will take 100% proof of guilt v.s. the 81% for the general public

Anyone that wasn’t a cop behind the wall of blue, would be facing three felony charges. You can bet he’ll still keep his firearms, job, and do no time.
There is a tiered justice system in neo america and we’ll get to watch it on this blog if Kym follows this story to it’s finish line.

Kevin is graham hill( police chief) brotherinlaw, Kevin has been arrested for DV on other occasions, he was arrested when he was a fireman for rio dell and was able to continue as a fireman after the fact, then was allowed to become a cop with those previous DV charges… corruption at its finest.
