Jury Selection Begins in Southern Humboldt Man’s Trial for Criminal Threats
Jury selection in the trial of Daniel Dobbs, a Southern Humboldt man, began today at 8:30 a.m. Dobbs, you’ll remember, was the man who claimed to own the Gingerbread Mansion in Ferndale. He helped himself to wine and began searching the refrigerator and kitchen cupboards before being escorted to the Humboldt County Jail for burglary. He was also arrested during a recent sweep of Southern Humboldt for several incidents including for a warrant related to making criminal threats in 2013.
Today’s court proceedings are for a trial regarding the criminal threats charge, says John Chiv, local court blogger.

Dan Dobbs and Gary bullock so hum two biggest scumbags.
Obviously “Bob” Dobb’s long lost cousin
Will he use the Hansel & Gretal defense? It might work with the proper jury.
I know for certain if I was sitting on that jury and he pulled that card, you’d have to let him walk after months of deliberation.
There must be breadcrumb experts that would help out in wasting court time.
Who DOES own the Gingerbreaf House?
Does dan still live in the cove ?
