Newburg Road Closed in Fortuna

A traffic collision in Fortuna has closed Newburg Road as well as left 140 PG&E customers without power. The estimated time for power to be restored is noon today but there is no estimated time for Newburg Road to open

As a result of a traffic collision during the night, a utility pole was compromised which has resulted in Newburg Road being closed to traffic from 12th Street to South 15th St. Utility services have been on scene overnight correcting the problem. There is currently no ETA of when the road will be open again.
