Law Enforcement Attempting to Pull Over Armed Burglary Suspects on 101 Near King Salmon

scannerScanner traffic has a tense situation as officers pull over suspects in a burglary that occurred today near Piercy. Officers attempted to pull the suspects over near Loleta. Initially, according to scanner traffic, the suspects failed to yield and continued north on Hwy 101. Eventually, at the north exit from College of the Redwoods, the suspects pulled over onto the shoulder.

The suspects are believed to have firearms and there are multiple officers including a K9 involved in the traffic stop.

We’re following the story closely.

UPDATE 2:30 p.m.: Three detained.

UPDATE 2:37 p.m.: “Three to Four firearms” were found according to scanner traffic.
