A Portion of Ettersburg Road to be Closed This Morning for Roadwork
UPDATE 2;30 p.m.: According to Marty Messenger of County Roads, the project has been completed and the road is fully open. Messenger said, he really appreciates the public’s understanding while dealing with the closure.

Marty Messenger of County Roads wants people who drive Ettersburg Road to be aware that his crew will be replacing a failed culvert tomorrow (Tuesday, May 6.) The area affected in 3/4 of a mile northwest of Dutyville Road above French’s Sheep Ranch.
The road is narrow in this location, Messenger says. “[O]nce we start, we won’t be able to divert traffic and there could be a 1-2 hour delay.”
The plan is to start working at 9 a.m. so drivers should plan to get through the area before that time and not come back to through the area until after 11 a.m.
