Hwy 36 Closed: Semi-Truck Blocks Road [OPEN NOW]

UPDATE: Road Opened.

Original Post:According to the CHP, Hwy 36 is closed east of Larabee Valley at mile marker 36.39. Another semi couldn’t make one of the turns. The trailer went off the road around 7:30 this evening and the cab is blocking traffic.

A big rig tow is having to come from the Redding area to handle the problem and the road could be closed for several hours.
