Hwy 36 Closed Due to Accident [UPDATE: Open to One Way Controlled Traffic]
UPDATE 10:55 P.M.: According to CHP dispatch, now one lane controlled traffic.

CHP is reporting that an RV which struck a Redwood tree at on Hwy 36 at mile marker 17 is now leaking propane. Both KMUD‘s Facebook page and Real News From The North Coast are reporting that Hwy 36 is now closed in both directions.
