Arrest on Thomas Road

Residents on Thomas Rd. near Miranda saw multiple Sheriff’s vehicles in their area today.   Lt. Steve Knight of the Humboldt Co. Sheriff’s Dept reported that officers responded to a call. They eventually made contact with the resident and were satisfied that there were no current issues.  However, a man at the residence was recognized by an officer. He was discovered to have a “no bail, felony warrant.”  He was arrested. The only information at this point is that the man was named (phonetic spelling only) Randal Ruiz.
