Drug Arrest on Sprowel Creek Rd. Yesterday

On 06-10-2012, approximately 1:45 a.m. two Humboldt County Sheriff’s Deputies were driving in a marked patrol car on Redwood Drive, Garberville when they spotted Christian Paige Hernandez, 20
years old, from Garberville. The deputies knew that Hernandez was wanted on a felony warrant and two misdemeanor warrants. All the warrants were for possession of illicit drugs. The deputies contacted and arrested Hernandez near Sprowel Creek Road and Redwood Drive , Garberville. When they arrested her, they located a loaded syringe with methampethamine in it, and numerous prescription pills which she did not have a prescription for.
Hernandez was booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility on the arrest warrants, along with fresh charges of violation of three separate probations, illegal possession of a narcotic, illegal possession of a prescription drug, and illegal possession of an illicit drug. She was booked and released on her own recognizance.
