Suddenlink Outage Again

Suddenlink phone and internet service was down tonight again in the Humboldt area a little after 8 P.M.  According to representative Wendy Pernell, the service “was out for less than an hour.”  A piece of equipment went down.  According to Pernell, engineers are still working to determine the cause and extent of the outage.  She says that Suddenlink “apologizes for the inconvenience.”

This is the second time in 8 days that the service has shutdown in wide areas of Humboldt Co.
