Storm Might Be Coming Says the National Weather Service


The National Weather  Service just issued a weather warning.

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHWEST CALIFORNIA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED THROUGH TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS ON WEDNESDAY. THERE MAY
BE A FEW THUNDERSTORMS EARLY IN THE DAY IN MENDOCINO
COUNTY...SPREADING TO THE NORTH AND EAST DURING THE AFTERNOON. THE
PRIMARY THREAT WITH ANY THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE LIGHTNING AND THE
POTENTIAL FOR STRONG WINDS.

THERE IS ANOTHER SLIGHT CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WEEKEND.

I don’t know that I’d refer to this even as a “storm” coming. Possibility of thunderstorms, maybe, but I normally wouldn’t associate thunderstorms with a conventional storm.
