We have a doe and a couple of fawns that visit our front yard frequently. Usually in the early morning hours, but they came out during the afternoon yesterday after the rain stopped.
They drive my Pug, Millie, nuts because I won’t let her out to bark at them!
There’s something Zen-like in silently watching them and drinking coffee to start my day.

Kym… I think this photo is really fine. The composition has a tension that pulls me in to look closer and the grass gives it a dreamy quality. Beautiful.
