Is that photo in real time? We don’t have any poppies yet. Either way though, it is sure a pretty shot. BTW- we are now, finally, in contact with Seth and maybe broadband is in our future!

Great detail in the flower and nice bokeh. Very pleasing image. I am also looking forward for the rain to stop and the flowers to bloom. This season should be very good.

Kym What kind of camera are you Rocking? you’re resolution and everything is so beautiful, I know that so much of it has to do with your own photo style, but a great camera helps

I use a Nikon D60. According to Kim Sallaway, (local and excellent photographer) I should have either gotten the cheaper D40–its similar in quality but less expensive or gone up to the D80. Kim told me the best way to get a sharp image is not to hold the camera but to use a tripod. This image wasn’t from a camera on a tripod but it was resting on something–a rock I think.

My daffodils are in full bloom and are so bright and beautiful on these dreary days.
