Kym, Wow …. also liked the hi-water picture and comments. The ‘green rock’ picture is perfect along with others. When you send your PO Box I’ll send you a DVD. Your writing is the mark. Can’t wait for the book. Thanks, Neighbor Greg
It is a matter of where I live. I probably take photos of deer once every week or two–eventually one turns out interesting in some way. This little guy’s expression and body language is just sweet.

That is nice.
I can feel his “ready to spring away” tension. Lovely!
There is so much wrong with this photo but I just love it anyway.
it looks like a page from a fairy tale !!!
Too cute!! What an excellent capture! I can find nothing wrong with it, Kym.
That is a great shot.
Nice capture!
He seems interested in that strange animal with that large single clicking eye.
I only managed one photo before he lept away but his expression of joyous curiosity left me with a smile.
You are much, much too hard on yourself. I, and a lot of other folks would die to get a shot like this.

Ya gotta laugh – he looks like he’s playing peek-a-boo! Great shot Kym.
Kym, that expression is priceless!
Sorry to be so late in seeing this, First time commenter here. Your blog-link showed up when I posted pics of some fox kits. 🙂
So that’s what they look like in spring, never seen those little stumps before.
