The flames are pushing towards the tiny town of Hayfork, Yesterday, as the Monument Fire pushed southward, the Trinity County Sheriff’s Office reissued the Evacuation Orders for the north Hayfork area.

Firefighters continue to push containment up on the McFarland Fire which is burning across three counties–southeastern Trinity, southwestern Shasta, and northwestern Tehama. They have now roped off 71% of the fire’s borders in black containment lines.
