“Although there is no official law or code stating that cultivators included under our program are protected or exempt from code enforcement, there is an understanding between the County and the  Trinity County Sheriff’s Dept. that cultivators in-process for a license (e.g., are currently completing  CEQA documentation, biological assessments, etc.), will not be enforced upon while navigating this  process with us, and our subcontractor Flowra, so long as they are in compliance with environmental  laws and County inspections.”

“In April there was a presentation that stated there are an estimated 4,700 vacant houses in Humboldt County, houses that are generally not rented out. Second homes, vacation rentals or homes that just aren’t on the rental market. At this same time there are an estimated 3,000 people homeless in Humboldt County.  We can end homeless right here and now!”
