Award-winning Joy-Ful Campaign Returns to Cal Poly Humboldt, Starting with a National Farmer’s Market Celebration

Cal Poly Humboldt serves local, organic produce at its main dining hall. According to Humboldt Now, "In fact, if you're eating a salad in The J at noon, there's a good chance the lettuce was picked that same morning."

“With local farmers and fresh produce vendors invited to attend, Cal Poly Humboldt students will get to interact directly with the people responsible for putting food on their dining hall tables. The goal is to educate students on the impact local farmers have and show support for the hard-working individuals tasked with keeping the country fed.”
