Rash of Car Burglaries in McKinleyville/How to Avoid Being a Victim

Humboldt Co. Sheriff’s Press Release:   The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office has received a significant increase in reported vehicle burglaries during the last two days in the McKinleyville area. The Sheriff’s Office received twelve reports of cars entered and items stolen on November 20th, 2012, and at least four additional vehicles were reported burglarized on November 21, 2012 so far.
